We are a manufacturer and provider of playing cards and custom game cards. Our Site allows you to explore our standard decks (Our Decks), custom deck options (Custom Decks), and to submit enquiries or requests for quotes.
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and that you will comply with all applicable laws.
You agree that any information you provide is true, accurate, up-to-date, and that you will maintain such truthfulness.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, our playing cards, designs, content, trademarks, logos and brand materials (“IP”) are owned or licensed by us.
You may view, print or download materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (modification, distribution, resale, reverse-engineering)is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

5. Use of the Site & User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable     laws.
  2. Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.
  3. Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
  4. Impersonate others, harvest data from the Site, or violate rights of any third party.    

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these rules, without prior notice.

6. Custom Projects & Quotes

When you submit a request for a custom deck through the Siteor our forms, you understand that:

  1. The quote we send is indicative; we will follow up with a detailed proposal.
  2. Production timelines, materials, pricing may vary and are subject to change until a formal agreement is signed.
  3. Custom artwork is your responsibility; you warrant that you have rights to any artwork you upload or provide.
  4. We may refuse or cancel any request at our discretion.

7. Pricing, Payment & Delivery
  1. For standard decks or custom decks where we provide pricing: we will specify accepted payment methods, schedules, taxes, and delivery terms in the formal proposal.
  2. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., logistics, customs, force majeure).
  3. You are responsible for providing correct delivery details and must inspect     goods upon receipt; any claims for defects must be notified within 7 days.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
  1. The  Site and content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  2. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential     damages arising from use of the Site or services, even if advised of     possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not     exceed the amount you paid us (if any).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Club Cards, its directors, employees and agents from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by informal negotiation; failing that, subject to statutory rights, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction mentioned.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Miscellaneous
  1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the     remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
  2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
